Group Manager Functionality...

Managers have all the permissions of a group member and in addition may edit, delete and moderate forum posts, post, edit and delete blog posts, create new pages, edit and delete manager created pages, post, edit, delete and moderate media files. They may edit, delete and moderate forum posts as well as create new forum discussions. Managers may also create new polls in order for the group to vote and reach consensus.
