.03 - Recover Password

It’s easy to recover forgotten sign in information…

It’s easy to recover your password, sign in name, or both.  All you need to know is the email address you used to create your membership.

1. Click the Sign in hyperlink at the top right corner of any JustAskLocals webpage to display the Sign in page. 
2. Then click the I forgot my password link on the bottom of the Sign in page to display the Recover Password page. 
3. Enter your email address on the Recover Password page and click the Recover Password button.
4. The Website will confirm that an email containing a link to reset your password has been sent to the email address you have entered.  If you do not receive the email within 15 minutes, check your spam or junk email mailbox for an email from admin@justasklocals.com.  If your email system rejected the email or you are unable to retrieve the email, add admin@justasklocals.com (or the justasklocals.com domain name) to your safe senders list and repeat this process from Step 1 above.
5. Open the email sent by the Website containing the link to reset your password and click the link to navigate to the JustAskLocals Change Your Password page.  Enter your new password and click the Change Password button.
6. You will now be signed into your membership account, and your sign in name will be displayed at the top right corner of the Website.
7. Be sure to document your membership sign in information so you can avoid this process in the future!
