Creating a membership is quick and easy...

To create a membership, simply click the Join hyperlink at the top right of any Just Ask Locals webpage and the following registration page will be displayed:

Provide the following information:

• Sign In Name - Provide a sign in name that contains only letters and numbers (do not use any spaces or symbols).  Your membership sign in name must be unique within the JustAskLocals portal.  You will be prompted to choose another sign in name if your first choice has already been taken.  You will have an option in your member profile to choose a display name which is different from your sign in name after registration.

• Display Name - Provide the name you wish to have publicly displayed on the website.  You may Edit Your Profile at any time change your Display Name.  We suggest using your first and last name for your Display Name (spaces are permitted) since Members who use aliases are not granted membership to private community Groups.

• Email Address - Provide a valid email address.  You will be required to validate your email address before accessing your membership.  Your email address will remain private, it will never be published or shared with 3rd parties.  Ever!

• Timezone - It is important to set your local timezone so that the Website properly displays time stamped content such as discussion forum posts and automated email updates to which you subscribe.

• Website Terms  - Use of the JustAskLocals Website is subject to acceptance of its terms of use.  You must read and accept the Website Terms of Service to complete your membership registration by clicking the checkbox next to terms of use hyperlink.

Click the Join Now button at the bottom of the page to submit your information.  The Website will automatically generate a temporary password and send your membership account sign in information to the email address you provided above.  If you do not receive the email within 15 minutes, check your spam or junk email mailbox for an email from admin@justasklocals.com.  If your email system rejected the emai or you are unable to retrieve the email, add admin@justasklocals.com (or the justasklocals.com domain name) to your safe senders list and follow the Recovering Your Password instructions below to generate another email with sign in instructions.
