Just Ask Locals' purpose is to create a sustainable business model that (i) creates value for the communities in which we operate, (ii) rewards shareholders for their investment and (iii) funds good works in the area of primary education and public internet access in perpetuity.

We build and host best-in-class community websites that empower communities to self-promote tourism and raise funds for local schools. Our desire is to enter into collaborative public-private partnerships with locals, community associations and governmental agencies whereby Just Ask Locals provides technology and our local partners take stewardship of their community website and share local knowledge which is useful to visitors.

• Local businesses benefit by promoting tourism and advertising their businesses with a dominant website that aggregates an otherwise disparate collection of individual websites and unpublished information into a single authoritative web presence containing comprehensive information drawn from collective local knowledge.

• Visitors benefit from easy single point access to such authoritative and comprehensive collective knowledge, and the ability to connect with directly with locals to help plan fantastic vacations.

• Community organizations benefit from the ability to bridge distance and time to privately debate, collaborate and gain consensus on important community issues outside of the public eye by utilizing Groups as fully functional private mini-websites.

• Children benefit when the community initiates annual fund raising campaigns to monetize the advanced functionality of advertising directories to provide funds for primary education and public internet access. Primary education and providing public internet access is Just Ask Locals' primary cause.

Just Ask Locals provides community websites at no cost to communities. Our Website Stewardship Program enables our local partners to create, manage and moderate all of the content on their community website, as well as monetize premium advertising features. Basic advertising is provided at no cost. The community's reward for taking stewardship (besides all the usual good stuff that goes with having a best-in-class community website) includes a significant share of advertising revenues to be used to promote primary education.
