Una Ola Surf Resort is an intimate 8-room boutique beach hotel located just steps from the waves in Playa Grande, Costa Rica. We chose our location for the natural beauty, perfect waves and tranquil environment that surrounds our hotel. We love it down here in Costa Rica and we think you will too.
Hotel Rooms:
All our rooms are large and private with comfortable beds, air conditioning and hot water. We’ve built our large rooms with your comfort in mind. We want you to get a good night’s rest so that you feel relaxed, rejuvenated and refreshed each morning. That way, you’ll be able ready for a long day of surfing the perfect waves in Playa Grande.
Our Double hotel rooms are laid out with two queen-size beds and are designed with friends and families in mind.
Our Single hotel rooms are laid out with one king-sized bed and are designed with couples in mind.
Swimming Pool:
Surrounded by a custom designed teak deck, our swimming pool is the center of attention at Una Ola Surf Resort. Spend your afternoon sunbathing and sipping a refreshing beverage while lounging poolside. Its the pefect place to hang out after a good surfing session.
Media Lounge:
Our air-conditioned lounge area is equipped with a 42′ Panasonic plasma screen TV, multi-disc changer DVD player, Nintendo WII gaming system, wireless internet access, Apple TV media system and Yamaha surround sound, making this the perfect place to spend some down time. We also, have a comfortable couch to lounge on while you check your email or watch the latest movie release in Hi-Definition.
In our media lounge, we provide you with everything you need to feel right at home. This is the only surf camp in Costa Rica that offers such amenities. We want your stay with us to be memorable and we have spared no expense to make your vacation one that you will never forget.
Dining:
Our outdoor dining area seats up to 20 guests making dinner parties a regular occurrence amongst Una Ola guests. We have a private chef on staff at Una Ola to prepare you and your friends delicious meals each and every day. But, if you want to prepare your own meals, we have an outdoor grilling area so you can create your own culinary delights.
Outdoor Lounge:
Our outdoor lounge area is a comfortable place to hang out and relax in the shade. We designed the space to be the perfect area to conduct our surf seminars and clinics. It is equipped with comfortable lounge chairs, a 42″ Panasonic plasma screen TV, DVD player and IndoBoard balance training tools. This space is also used for our yoga classes.
